Skill development **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and established standards. * Propose and execute creative cocktails aligned with the establishment’s concept. * Provide personalized service to guests and customers at the bar. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and stock levels in the work area. * Manage inventory, supplies, and proper handling of glassware. * Verify proper storage conditions for liquors, syrups, and garnishes. * Comply with hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations. * Support ambiance creation and enhance customer experience from the bar. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender or mixologist. * Knowledge of classic and contemporary mixology. * Excellent service attitude and professional appearance. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Organizational skills, speed, and attention to detail. * Flexible availability for scheduling.
