Manage customer portfolios and drive business development. **Premier Executive** HSBC Mexico offers opportunities to build a professional career for individuals with an outstanding service attitude, strong customer interaction skills, passion for sales, and ambition to develop within the Commercial area as an Advance Account Executive. **Primary Responsibility:** Deliver the highest level of service to assigned Mass Affluent Advance and Premier segment customers for their day-to-day financial needs, as well as provide personalized advisory services aimed at fulfilling their short-, medium-, and long-term financial requirements. Timely retention of the assigned customer portfolio and growth of the product portfolio for assigned customers through support from business units. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administration, Finance or Engineering. Minimum 4 years’ experience in customer service and/or client relations. Minimum 4 years’ sales experience, preferably within the financial sector. Minimum 2 years’ experience with Premier products and services. AMIB Figure Certification 1. Knowledge of markets and external regulations. Knowledge of Financial Mathematics. Operational systems and branch procedures. Intermediate English language proficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Business identification and development. Portfolio management.
