





Due to the opening of a high-end pastry shop, we have an opening for a PASTRY CHEF **Main responsibilities:** * Production of artisanal bread, viennoiserie, cakes, and high-end pastries. * Decoration, assembly, and presentation of desserts and cakes. * Development of new recipes adapted to the pastry shop’s menus and seasonal offerings. * Production, cost, and inventory control. * Supervision and training of bakery and pastry staff. * Strict compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. **Notable experience:** * Daily bakery and pastry production for events and brand branches. * Implementation of presentation and quality standards aligned with the brand. · Minimum 3 years’ experience in high-end pastry environments. · Advanced knowledge of classical pastry techniques. · Preparation of creams, ganaches, and glazes.
