Job Summary: We are seeking General Assistants to maintain cleanliness, order, and hygiene in branch areas, contributing to its image and smooth operation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain cleanliness and order in all branch areas. 2. Ensure clean and safe areas, including high-traffic zones. 3. Assist in moving furniture to facilitate cleaning. We are hiring **General Assistants** at **Grupo Esperanza**! **Job Objective:** Maintain cleanliness, order, and hygiene in all branch areas to support the branch’s image and efficient operation. **Schedule:** Monday to Sunday with rotating weekly days off / Rotating shifts from 6:00 AM to 1:30 PM and 1:30 PM to 9:00 PM. **Responsibilities:** * Perform daily and deep cleaning of floors, surfaces, walls, windows, mirrors, and furniture across all branch areas. * Ensure high-traffic areas remain clean and safe throughout operating hours. * Assist in moving light furniture or equipment to facilitate cleaning tasks. * Empty and clean trash and waste bins, ensuring proper waste segregation according to internal regulations. * Clean grease traps each morning. **We Offer:** * Base salary \+ Attendance bonus \+ Punctuality bonus. * Monthly grocery voucher card. * Statutory benefits. * Enhanced benefits (savings fund, free medical and psychological services, discounts, 21-day year-end bonus, birthday leave, etc.) Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $2,100\.00 \- $3,000\.00 per week Benefits: * Savings fund * Employee discount * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
