You will assist in the preparation of bread, pastries, and bakery products, always maintaining quality, cleanliness, and organization in the workspace. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in preparing doughs, breads, and pastry products. * Weigh, measure, and prepare ingredients according to the baker's or chef's instructions. * Bake and monitor cooking times under supervision. * Keep the work area, ovens, and utensils clean and organized. * Follow food hygiene and safety regulations. * Help with receiving, organizing, and managing supplies. * Assist in production for events or special orders. **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed secondary school or technical degree in Gastronomy (desirable). * **Experience:** At least 6 months in a bakery or kitchen (not essential). * **Knowledge:** * Basic baking and pastry processes * Proper use of ovens and kitchen tools * Hygiene and safety standards Job type: Full-time Salary: Up to $11,500.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Meal service * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site position
