Teamwork, communication, and passion for the craft Description Production of sponge cake, Danish pastry, sandwich bread (bolillo, ciabatta, buns, etc.) Production of cakes, cookies, and all related pastry items Production of puff pastry dough Assisting in dough preparation Cleaning utensils and baking trays Managing supplies General cleaning of the bakery workshop Delivering finished products to sales staff Attitude to learn and grow in the position Other bakery-related activities Availability for service, proactivity, and loyalty.
