





Ensure daily production of high-quality baked goods by efficiently supervising the team, processes, and production standards to meet demand and maintain excellence in bakery products. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Problem Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues, improve processes, and make effective decisions to maintain efficiency and quality in production. Production Supervision: Lead and supervise the preparation of baked goods, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with established standards. Team Management: Coordinate and lead bakery staff, assign tasks, provide training, evaluate performance, and ensure a positive and efficient work environment. Planning and Scheduling: Establish production schedules, organize daily activities, manage inventory, and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed. Recipe Development and Adjustment: Create new recipes, modify existing ones, and experiment with ingredients to enhance the variety and quality of bakery products. Scheduling: Develop efficient and fair work schedules for the team, considering demand and staffing needs across different shifts. Crisis Management: Effectively and promptly handle unexpected situations such as ingredient shortages, production issues, or emergencies in the bakery.
