





**Maritime Operations and Traffic Executive** **Work Location:** Naucalpan **Work Mode:** On-site **Schedule:** Full-time (including weekends as required by operations) **Requirements** * Intermediate English (mandatory). * Experience in **maritime operations**, shipment tracking, and logistics coordination. * Knowledge of import/export documentation and customs procedures. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and coordinate **import and export maritime operations**. * Monitor the **shipment status**, customs formalities, and cargo releases in a timely manner. * Provide clients with timely information at each stage of the logistics process. * Coordinate **door-to-door services** with overseas agents (freight, customs clearance, deliveries, pickups, cargo insurance, etc.). * Resolve operational incidents or issues related to shipments. * Prepare documentation: air waybills, ocean bills of lading, road consignment notes, and customs documents. * Manage and oversee suppliers. * Invoice shipments, review invoices, and prepare operational reports. **Compensation and Benefits** **Salary:** $18,000–$22,000 net monthly **Benefits exceeding statutory requirements**, including: * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers * Annual bonus * Savings box **Position Type** * Full-time * 8-hour shift If you are interested in this vacancy, please apply through this channel.
