We are looking for a **Logistics Traffic Assistant** responsible for coordinating and managing operational and administrative processes between clients, suppliers, and the company. This position is key to ensuring efficient execution of air, sea, and land shipments, both import and export, guaranteeing error-free operations and effective communication among all involved parties. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate national and international shipments (air, sea, and land). * Manage revalidations, arrival notices, and guarantees. * Collaborate with the accounting department on payments and invoicing. * Coordinate the collection of original waybills and their documentation at Guadalajara airport. * Manage project financial resources to keep them financially healthy. * Prepare and update operation and tracking reports. * Control and archive operational files. * Perform import AMS, web-based insurance procedures, and LTL courier quotations. * Handle customer requests and visits. * Support additional department tasks as required. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics or international trade. * Knowledge of **Incoterms** and foreign trade processes. * Intermediate level of **Excel**, as well as Microsoft Office and PowerPoint. * Analytical skills, organization, and ability to work under pressure. * Availability to comply with safety, quality, and customer service guidelines. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary according to experience. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Continuous training in processes, incoterms, and customs clearance. * Professional development and growth opportunities. * Excellent work environment and collaboration across departments. **Working Conditions and Environment:** * Mainly office-based work, with occasional visits to the airport. * Requires responsibility, accuracy, and timely delivery compliance. * Flexibility to handle operations outside regular working hours when necessary.
