Requirements: * Automotive mechanics degree, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * 2 years of experience in similar positions * Ability to commute within the area * Availability to rotate shifts Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise the activities of Tire Technicians. * Administer tire control and traceability. * Plan and schedule tire mounting and demounting operations. * Manage final disposal of end-of-life tires. * Record and update daily movements in the system for tire inventory and management. * Manage final disposal of end-of-life tires by coordinating the scrap pile with authorized suppliers to ensure regulatory compliance and environmental control. * Ensure compliance with mounting, demounting, and corrective actions to maintain optimal tire performance.
