Job Summary: We are seeking an automotive technician or mechanical engineer to perform vehicle maintenance and ensure optimal vehicle operation while advising other technicians. Key Responsibilities: 1. Vehicle maintenance and adjustment of engines, transmissions, and differentials 2. Technical consultation and operation of specialized equipment 3. Requirements: * Automotive Mechanics Technician or Mechanical Engineer (or related field) * 1 year of experience in similar positions * Availability to rotate shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) Responsibilities: * Perform vehicle maintenance according to the pre-established activity schedule. * Adjust and/or assemble complete engines, transmissions, and differentials according to required specifications for optimal vehicle operation. * Advise other technicians on their tasks to ensure correct maintenance execution. * Operate specialized tools and equipment to perform vehicle maintenance. * Request spare parts and/or materials needed for vehicle maintenance. * Attend roadside rescues with tools and/or equipment designated by the immediate supervisor to address vehicle failures. * Conduct quality and functionality tests on operational vehicles to guarantee optimal performance. * Evaluate repair quality by performing functionality tests to ensure compliance with company and manufacturer standards.
