We are seeking Used Car Sales Advisors focused on results and delivering excellent customer service. Job Objective: Drive the sale of used vehicles by providing personalized customer advisory services, presenting available units and payment options (cash and financing), ensuring a satisfying purchasing experience and achievement of commercial goals. Requirements: * Minimum age: 21 years old * Completed high school education * 1 year of sales experience (industry not specified) * Gender: Unrestricted * Valid driver’s license (automatic and manual) or willingness to renew it. Main Responsibilities: * Advise customers on the purchase of used vehicles. * Present features, benefits, and conditions of each vehicle. * Offer purchase alternatives: cash and financing. * Follow up with prospects until the sale is closed. * Achieve established sales targets. * Deliver professional customer service that encourages customer referrals. We are looking for candidates with: * Sales experience (automotive industry preferred). * Negotiation and sales closing skills. * Excellent service attitude and communication skills. * Results-oriented mindset.
