Retention strategy proposals **Talent Strategist Mexico is seeking a Recruitment and Selection Analyst in Capulhuac, State of Mexico** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- An automotive company is currently recruiting. **Recruitment and Selection Analyst** General Responsibilities * Interpreting and/or designing job descriptions with internal stakeholders, conducting market research and benchmarking for analysis, identifying effective recruitment sources tailored to positions and states, zero-filter screening, in-depth interviews, interpreting psychometric tests, analyzing profile alignment, leveraging Assessment databases. Developing logical reporting structures for R\&S KPIs to Deputy Directors. Tracking onboarding progress, evaluating onboarding effectiveness, creating personnel files, and assessing performance during the first month. Analyzing turnover and proposing retention strategies. Work Experience * 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably with controlled turnover. * Managing up to 20 administrative and operational vacancies per month with high-quality hiring processes (not quantity-based); minimum 80% profile alignment and full-cycle execution. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics and Administration, Labor Relations, Psychology, or related field.
