We are seeking a Sales Representative with experience in the plastics industry **Job Description** Responsible for prospecting, developing, and maintaining commercial relationships with industrial clients. Your goal is to identify business opportunities where our plastic solutions add value, ensuring profitability and market share growth. Experience in: **Materials Knowledge:** Differentiation among polymers (PP, PE, PET, PVC, ABS, etc.) and their applications. **Transformation Processes:** Basic understanding of injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, and thermoforming. **Blueprint Reading:** Ability to interpret technical datasheets and mold/part specifications. **Cost Calculation:** Ability to prepare quotations based on part weight, production cycles, and material loss. **CRM Management:** Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or SAP for account tracking. **Technical Consulting:** Not merely selling a product, but providing an engineering or design problem-solving solution. **High-Level Negotiation:** Ability to engage with Procurement Departments and Operations Directors. **Resilience and Persistence:** Sales cycles in this industry are typically long (especially when mold manufacturing is involved). **Results Orientation:** Focus on achieving monthly and annual KPIs.
