This offers stability and learning opportunities within a team that maintains high technical standards. **Job Objective:** Verify on-site compliance with Safety standards and applicable legal requirements, supervise daily activities, and propose improvements in accident prevention and incident reporting. Train personnel, disseminate safety alerts, and participate in internal QHSE audits and training programs to ensure continuous improvement and workplace well-being. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor compliance with legal Safety requirements and other applicable regulations. * Monitor compliance with the matrix of applicable legal requirements. * Participate in planning for the startup of specialized projects. * Propose initiatives for developing and innovating accident prevention methodologies and/or processes. * Support the Safety and Hygiene Committee in investigating workplace incidents and accidents. * Train personnel at the workplace on safety topics. * Disseminate safety alerts to operational staff. * Serve as an auditor in internal audit training. * Participate in the QHSE training program. * Collect monthly information to generate statistical control of indicators or metrics related to safety. * Propose mechanisms for immediate response to serious and imminent risks identified at the workplace (Emergency Response Plan). * Report any safety incident. * Collect evidence and witness statements for incident investigations. * Support coordination of safety campaigns. * Generate reports for established campaigns. * Conduct workplace inspections to detect and prevent risks. * Develop daily, weekly, and monthly work plans. * Develop a safety drill program and coordinate monthly drills. * Coordinate the ongoing "Safety Captains" campaign. KNOWLEDGE * First aid * Drills * Emergency brigades * Ergonomics * Safety legislation * Group management * Record control PROFILE * Degree in Industrial, Environmental, Chemical, Civil, Safety and Hygiene Engineering, or related field. * Experience: 2 years of experience (preferred). * Language: Basic to intermediate English. * Intermediate Excel.
