




Job Summary: Auditor with restaurant experience to analyze costs, control losses, audit sales, and ensure accurate financial records, identifying bottlenecks and preparing reports for profitability. Key Highlights: 1. Cost analysis and shrinkage control 2. Sales audit and cash handling 3. Preparation of reports to increase profitability * Verify physical inventories against the system (POS) to ensure inventory accuracy. * Analyze cost of goods sold and control shrinkage, waste, and merchandise movement. * Audit sales, cash register closings, cash counts, and cash handling. * Review correct application of discounts, cancellations, and complimentary items in the system. * Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and documentation of findings. * Review invoices, purchases, and supplier relationships. * Identify operational bottlenecks in dining room or kitchen operations. * Prepare reports with recommendations to reduce costs and increase profitability. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry.
