We seek a person with an excellent service attitude, professional personal presentation, effective communication skills, and genuine enthusiasm for customer service. The primary objective of this position is to deliver fast, courteous, and efficient service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest while representing the brand’s hospitality culture. **Main Responsibilities:** Greet, welcome, and attend to guests in a friendly, approachable, and professional manner. Present the menu, answer questions, and make appropriate product or complementary item suggestions when applicable. Accurately take orders, confirm them with guests, and communicate them correctly to the relevant department. Monitor service timing, food delivery, and guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentability of one’s work area, tables, utensils, and service materials. Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and operational preparation tasks for the branch. Comply with hygiene, safety, personal presentation, and internal policy protocols. Contribute to teamwork, positive communication, and a healthy work environment within the branch. **Requirements:** Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience. Experience in high-volume restaurants is preferred. Education: Completed or incomplete high school diploma (preferred). Excellent appearance and personal presentation. Basic knowledge of payment terminals and/or SoftRestaurant system is desirable. Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, punctuality, and sense of urgency. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
