Job Summary: We are seeking motorcycle-passionate Sales Advisors to join the founding team of a new Royal Enfield dealership, with a focus on sales, customer service, and social media presence. Participation in events and the biker community. **Newly Opening Official Royal Enfield Dealership** We are seeking **motorcycle-passionate Sales Advisors** to join the founding team of the new **Royal Enfield Insurgentes** dealership. If you love motorcycles, enjoy interacting with customers, and wish to grow within a globally iconic motorcycle brand, this is your opportunity. **Responsibilities** · Customer service and advisory support for motorcycle prospects. · Follow-up with prospects and closing sales. · Prospect customers via **social media**. · Post motorcycle-related content, promotions, and event updates on social media. · Build online community and engage with digital customers. · Conduct **demo rides / test rides with customers**. · Participate in dealership events and activations. · Support commercial activities within the dealership. **Requirements** · Minimum age: 25 years. · Completed high school education. · Experience selling motorcycles. · Must be able to ride a motorcycle. · Experience or confidence conducting test rides with customers. · **Active use of social media (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)**. · Ability to **generate prospects and sales via social media**. · Proactive, results-oriented attitude. · Passion for motorcycling and customer interaction. **We Offer** · Uncapped commission structure. · Financial support during the first three months. · Opportunity to be part of the opening team for a new dealership. · Participation in events and the biker community. · Growth opportunities within the brand. **Schedule** Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM Saturdays 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM **Location** Insurgentes Sur 4029, Sta.
