**CHEVROLET** is seeking a **CUSTOMER SERVICE-HOSTESS** **Job Description** **Greet customers**, with or without appointments, who visit the **Service Area**, providing **excellent service** and following up on customer needs to **ensure their satisfaction** during their visit to the dealership. **Requirements** * Minimum education: **High school diploma or incomplete college degree** * **Office software proficiency** * **Switchboard operation** * **Customer service experience** * **Minimum of 6 months** verifiable experience * **Must live near the agency (Southern Zone: Tlalpan, Coyoacán, Xochimilco)** Responsibilities * **Warmly and enthusiastically greet** all customers visiting the dealership's Service Area **within the first two minutes of their arrival**. * Ensure all customers receive consistent service and **create an excellent first impression**. * **Offer amenities to customers and escort them to their Service Consultant** for immediate assistance. * **Conduct customer satisfaction surveys** for those picking up their vehicles. **We Offer:** * **Monthly salary of $9,000 MXN** * **COMMISSIONS** * Statutory benefits * Ongoing training * Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 hrs, Saturdays from 08:00 to 14:00 hrs.
