This **Replenishment Specialist** position is with an international company specializing in the retail sale of various household products. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Ensure timely replenishment of replenishable items, guaranteeing a 95% in-stock level through accurate demand planning, forecast generation, and purchase order tracking. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Generate demand forecasts and purchase orders. * Ensure supply of the company’s top-selling items. * Track supplier merchandise deliveries. * Negotiate with suppliers (volumes, delivery dates, and terms). * Guarantee product availability in stores according to the commercial plan. * Ensure compliance with delivery schedules (8, 12, and 25 weeks). * Identify and report operational risks (delays, stockouts, etc.). * Analyze sales trends, seasonality, and product elasticity. * Coordinate with departments such as Logistics, Distribution Centers (CEDIS), and Import Operations. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, International Business, Administration, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience in inventory management, sales trend analysis, supplier relations, forecasting, and purchase orders. * Intermediate Excel skills. **WE OFFER** * Salary: $17,000 gross monthly (paid weekly) * Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 am–7:00 pm; Friday, 9:00 am–3:00 pm * Statutory benefits \| Waldos Pass card after 3 months \| Savings fund activated after 6 months Work location: Periférico Sur, CDMX.
