REQUIREMENTS: * **Age:** 21 to 40 years old. * **Education:** Completed high school diploma. * **Experience:** Machinery operation experience. * **Skills:** Teamwork (direct collaboration with the operator), punctuality, and good physical condition. (Shift rotation, weekly) RESPONSIBILITIES: * **Hopper Feeding:** Ensure a continuous supply of raw material to the machine to prevent production line stoppages. * **Extrusion Support:** Assist the operator during profile extrusion, monitoring product quality and surface finish. * **Machinery Care:** Support basic cleaning and maintenance of the work area and tools. * **Material Control:** Immediately report any anomalies in raw materials or finished products.
