We are looking for a responsible, organized individual with full mastery of the production area. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of verifiable experience as a pizzaiolo. Proficiency in making dough from scratch. Production experience (chopping, pomodoro sauce, mise en place). Knowledge of product labeling and stock rotation. Flexible availability. Residence within a maximum 1-hour commute from Coyoacán Center. Strong sense of responsibility and work commitment.
