We offer all statutory benefits, vacation entitlement starting after 6 months, regular workshops, family-responsibility leave, and study leave. **Job Description** As a **Group Loan Financial Advisor**, you will be responsible for promoting, disbursing, and following up on group loans. You will also play a key role in expanding our customer portfolio and achieving targets. **Key Responsibilities:** * Promotion and disbursement of group loans. * Follow-up and collection of payments from assigned groups. * Develop strategies to expand the customer portfolio. * Maintain updated records and submit daily reports. * Conduct field prospecting activities (door-to-door outreach). * Coordinate visits and maintain strong client relationships. * Attend portfolio status meetings and analytical review sessions. **Requirements:** * Ability to build strong relationships with clients. * Experience in sales or promotion of financial products (preferred). * Proactive attitude, results-oriented, and team-focused. * Willingness to work both in the field and at the branch office. * Excellent time management and autonomy. **We Offer:** * Opportunities for professional growth and continuous training. * Base salary of $11,400\.00 plus bonuses (Production, Completed Cycle, Clean Portfolio, Punctuality) * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:45 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 8:45 am to 2:00 pm.
