Food and Beverage Costs: Ensuring the unit cost of products, monitoring the proper accounting cycle, supervising the correct accounting allocation and distribution of expenses to determine the unit cost of food, inventories, and shrinkage. Experience in: 1. Controlling and accounting for movements in raw material, auxiliary, and finished product warehouses. 2. Conducting physical inventory counts. 3. Reviewing warehouse consumption. 3.1 Calculating recipe costs. 4. Reviewing daily production of goods. 5. Determining standard and actual production costs. 6. Shrinkage. 7.
