We seek to add a key individual to our team who will help us **achieve visibility, control, and clarity over the financial and administrative information of our construction projects**. **What will be your objective?**As a **Financial Analyst**, you will be responsible for ensuring **financial and administrative control of projects**, tracking income, expenses, and budgets; managing forecasts and cash flows; handling petty cash; and generating timely, clear financial reports to support business decision-making. Your role will be essential to ensure that construction projects operate with **order, control, and early alerts**, making you a vital collaborator for the team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Record and control project income and expenses. * Monitor and control budgets and expenditures. * Administration and control of petty cash. * Preparation of clear and reliable administrative reports. **What benefits do we offer?** * Monthly salary of **$22,000 to $24,000 net (**based on experience**).** * **Statutory Benefits** * Corporate phone line and laptop. * **Benefits exceeding statutory requirements:** * Additional vacation days beyond statutory minimum. * Major Medical Expense Insurance.
