




At **Grupo Desmex**, we are seeking a results-oriented professional to promote and market **photovoltaic systems**, through direct field prospecting and customer engagement within the industrial and commercial sectors. **Key Responsibilities** · Conduct prospecting and promotional activities for the company’s products and services across sectors including industry, energy, construction, and industrial services. · Make telephone calls and conduct field visits to generate new business opportunities. · Provide timely follow-up to prospects and customers, ensuring effective commercial management. · Deliver proposals and corporate presentations in person or via video call. · Carry out field prospecting in strategic areas (commercial and industrial zones). · Achieve established sales targets. **Required Profile** · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Development, or a related field. · Minimum of **2–3 years of B2B sales experience**, preferably in technical sales. · Proven experience selling **industrial projects**. · Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and results orientation. · B2B sales experience is mandatory. · Availability for field work. **We Offer** · Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. · Base salary plus commission structure. · Statutory benefits.
