**Why do we need you?** To coordinate resources to meet the production plan, following management standards for personnel, safety, quality, inventory, and environment, safeguarding the integrity of personnel and machinery under your responsibility. **Is this job right for you?** **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field **Knowledge in:** * Interpretation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949. * Core Tools * Problem-solving tools * Inventory management * Continuous improvement tools **Experience in:** * 2 years in continuous production lines * Personnel management **Skills:** * Leadership * Communication * Teamwork * Availability * Analytical thinking * Decision-making **Ensuring nothing is overlooked** Responsibilities: 1\.\- Assign resources to produce according to the production plan, ensuring performance and quality objectives. 2\.\- Ensure adherence to the production plan according to organizational needs. 3\.\- Lead and promote the development of continuous improvement projects stemming from losses on the production line, driving prevention and elimination thereof. 4\.\- Guarantee compliance with safety standards and WCM fundamentals on the line, encouraging team participation. 5\.\- Know and apply safety, environmental, quality, and human resources tools to shift personnel, promoting their active involvement. 6\.\- Ensure operational staff’s technical competence by reducing skill matrix gaps. 7\.\- Attend process, product, or safety audits. 8\.\- Ensure proper shift handover to guarantee execution and continuity of the production plan. 9\.\- Know and ensure implementation of safety, health, environmental, and sustainability promotion and prevention measures through continuous improvement at the workplace. 10\.\- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities on the production line.
