**National coverage** (based in Jardines del Pedregal, CDMX) **Salary: $27,000 net monthly + per diems (transportation covered)** **Contract type: Fixed-term project (initial 3 months)** **Modality: 100% in-person** Grupo BALLE, a company with over 18 years of experience in maintenance, construction, and rehabilitation of properties nationwide, is seeking talent with proven leadership experience in hospital construction projects to join as Construction Superintendent. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate the technical execution of hospital construction projects according to plans, standards, and specifications. * Lead operational teams of 6 to 7 supervisors and contractors. * Validate surveys, estimates, and reports on the BESOP platform. * Prepare daily and weekly physical-financial progress reports. * Manage material, human, and travel resources for the assigned team. * Comply with hospital construction regulations and on-site safety standards. * Attend audits and reviews with authorities and clients. **Essential Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Engineering. **Professional License required** * **Minimum of 5 years’ experience** in public works, hospitals, or healthcare facilities. * Completed BESOP course and valid FIEL digital signature (mandatory). * Proficiency in technical software (AutoCAD, OPUS, NEODATA or CivilCAD). * Leadership and operational team management skills. * Availability to travel (national coverage). * Valid driver's license.
