Responsibilities: 1. Design and execute the commercial route with the highest potential to boost sales, based on KPI analysis of the assigned zone 2. Ensure that Telefónica’s image and culture are implemented uniformly across Points of Sale (PoS) in the assigned zone. 3. Communicate and manage KPIs with Partners and Commercial Chains to identify areas of opportunity and implement the corresponding action plan. 4. Coordinate supervisors from commercial partners and retail chains in the assigned zone to achieve results. 5. Manage and consolidate relationships with partners and commercial chains in the assigned zone, oriented toward the company’s interests. 6. Develop and ensure product mix at PoS. 7. Execute the central capillarity strategy. 8. Master and communicate variable schemes to partners and commercial chains. 9. Develop current commercial partners and seek new ones. 10. Supervise staffing and headcount at retail PoS, as well as coordinate personnel (supervisors) from commercial partners and portability agencies in the assigned zone. 10. Ensure the profile and hiring of the sales force to enable rapid ramp-up. 11. Ensure training and certification of the sales force in the assigned zone. 12. Develop and execute commercial and marketing sales activities in the assigned zone. 13. Analyze competition to understand advantages and disadvantages regarding presence, offerings on new commercial initiatives, commission schemes, etc. 14. Analyze reports by route, chain, and PoS in the assigned zone.
