Achieve flawless execution through purchase order tracking, ensuring optimal customer service. **A Day in the Life of:** * Support administrative processes for material setup, pricing, GPRs, and customer onboarding, ensuring correct process application and preventing issues that hinder proper order placement. * Request and coordinate customer appointments for orders and maintain timely follow-up. * Prepare performance indicator reports for presentation to Supply/Sales teams to ensure business clarity. * Analyze key customer files, generating sales and inventory forecasts. **What Will Make You Successful?** * 1–2 years of experience in commercial functions * Intermediate–Advanced Excel * Basic SAP knowledge * Degree: B.A. in Administration, Sales, Business, Marketing, or related fields * Analytical and negotiation skills * Problem-solving ability * Integrated customer relationships and collaboration
