Activities **1\.** Experience in construction estimates and project generation **2\.** Knowledge in budget calculation and management **3\.** Knowledge of construction laws and regulations. **4\.** Control of material resources. **5\.** Responsible, honest, organized, discreet in handling data, documents and information; analysis of weekly site reports, field progress, schedule deviations due to unforeseen circumstances, price analysis, possession of electronic signature **6\.** Review and analyze the Executive Project; design, organize and monitor the project according to requested requirements, maintain logs, prepare reports, perform disbursements, financial statements, produce photographic reports, compile the single project file, reconcile progress and payments. Specific characteristics of what is required: **1\.** Degree-holding Civil Engineer with professional license, experience in civil construction projects, six-month assignment in CDMX, statutory benefits. **2\.** Required academic level: Bachelor's degree **3\.** Academic status: Degree holder **4\.** Five years verifiable experience in construction **5\.** Experience and knowledge in budget calculation and management **6\.** Familiarity with technological tools and software used in construction project management.
