We are seeking an **Architectural Rendering Specialist** with solid experience in architectural visualization to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing photorealistic renders, virtual tours, and high-quality visual presentations for residential, commercial, and institutional projects. The ideal candidate must possess aesthetic sensitivity, attention to detail, and mastery of modeling and rendering tools. **Responsibilities:** * Creation of photorealistic 3D interior and exterior renders. * Architectural modeling from 2D plans or references. * Image post-production in Photoshop or other tools. * Development of animations or virtual tours (optional). * Timely delivery of visual materials. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or related field. * Demonstrable experience in architectural rendering (portfolio required). * Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop. * Creativity, proactivity, and excellent visual communication skills.
