Use software for data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. * Update the catalog of cost items and collect architectural information. * Develop strategic plans for project management and prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimates. * Conduct risk analysis. * Prepare accurate project estimates by gathering information and analyzing metrics. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. * Minimum 3 years of experience in estimation-related functions. * Proficiency in AutoCAD.
