Knowledge of: Laboratory Equipment, GMP, Regulations Responsibilities: Perform inspection tasks, inspections of the production area, and sampling of in-process and finished products for corresponding analysis. Inspect, sample, and analyze raw materials and packaging materials. Conduct analysis and sampling according to quality control plans for in-process and finished products. Perform sensory and attribute evaluations on in-process products on the production line and implement corrective actions. Verify and validate step-by-step equipment cleaning (CIP). Review PIPAS.
