We seek to hire an **Administrative Resident Assistant** with technical knowledge and organizational skills to contribute to the efficient development of projects through field and office work. **Key Responsibilities:** * Field surveys and collection of technical information * Reading and interpretation of topographic and installation drawings * Direct communication with site supervisors to clarify doubts * Gathering data for preparing cost estimates and work generation documents * Drafting and tracking official correspondence with government agencies * Supporting the compilation of technical documentation * Thorough review of cost estimates prior to submission * Managing procedures and tracking their status **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (intern or graduate) * Prior experience in similar roles is desirable * Organizational, communication, and teamwork skills * Ability to work both in the field and in the office **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Project-based contract * Statutory benefits * Stability and learning opportunities in public works Job Type: Full-time, Project-based or fixed-term Contract Duration: 5 months Salary: $12,000.00 – $12,500.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking Application Questions: * What experience do you have in office-based public works roles? * What is your net salary expectation?
