**ADMINISTRATIVE GENERAL MANAGER – PRODUCT DISTRIBUTOR (Sales Channel: Wholesale)** **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and implement the **administrative and financial strategy** to drive growth and profitability. * Review, optimize, and **institutionalize administrative, financial, logistics, and operational processes** (across the entire company). * Lead **digital transformation** (ERP, CRM, WMS) to increase productivity and business control. * Responsible for **preparing and presenting financial statements** to the General Management (owner) for decision-making. * Supervise and negotiate with **customers** and **suppliers (cash flow)**. * Build and strengthen a **solid administrative team of 2–3 people**. * Professionalize the **Human Resources** function: recruitment, attendance, legal compliance, performance, and development. * Stabilize **credit and collections**, implementing KPIs, control dashboards, and efficient processes. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement, order, and execution. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * 5–7 years of managerial experience in companies engaged in **distribution, importation, logistics, product marketing, or e-commerce**. * Experience in **business process reengineering**, operational efficiency, and financial control. * Implementation of technological tools: **ERP, CRM, WMS, BI**. * Knowledge of **credit, collections, logistics, imports, and cash flow**. * **Strong, decisive, direct leadership**, with a high sense of urgency and results orientation. **We Offer** * Salary: MXN 45,000–65,000 monthly + statutory benefits + Major Medical Expense Insurance. * Excellent work environment and opportunities for growth and development.
