Teamwork ability and problem-solving skills **Project Architect (On-site – Puebla)** We are looking for a **Project Architect** with at least **3 years of verifiable experience** in architectural and executive project development, and a strong grasp of construction processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. * **Minimum experience:** 3 years in an architecture firm or construction company. * **Field experience:** Must possess practical construction knowledge to develop technically sound and feasible solutions. * **Software proficiency:** * AutoCAD (advanced) * Revit (modeling and documentation) * 3ds Max (rendering and visualization) * SketchUp (conceptual modeling) * Photoshop * Experience in preparing executive drawings, construction details, and engineering coordination. * Teamwork ability, attention to detail, and design problem-solving skills. **We offer:** * **Salary:** $10,000.00 to $12,000.00 monthly (based on qualifications). * Professional development opportunities. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Location:** Av. 7 Pte 501-Loc. 11, Centro, 72000 Heroica Puebla de Zaragoza, Pue. **Work modality:** On-site. **Availability:** Immediate.
