




ABCD Arquitectura is a major Mexican construction company, 100% Mexican-owned, always focused on innovation and with clear objectives for the country’s strategic projects; we invite you to join our team as: **Architectural Project Coordinator** **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields **(with degree certificate and professional license)** * Preferably—but not mandatorily—certified in Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.) * Five years of experience in a similar position. * Availability to relocate to Matías Romero, Oaxaca. **Skills:** * Management of architectural and construction projects. * Proficiency in project management software (e.g., BIM, MS Project, AutoCAD). * Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, BIM). * Familiarity with construction regulations and quality standards. * Leadership and decision-making ability. * Excellent communication (oral and written) and active listening skills. * Ability to work under pressure and resolve conflicts. * Autonomy, proactivity, and results orientation. * Skill in effectively managing resources. **Responsibilities:** * Define scope, objectives, schedules, and allocate resources. * Monitor progress, costs, quality, and risks during construction and design phases. * Serve as liaison among clients, architects, engineers, and contractors. * Coordinate and motivate interdisciplinary teams. * Identify and mitigate potential issues. * Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and client requirements. **Work Location:** Matías Romero, Oaxaca.
