




Job Summary: Supports the development and graphic representation of architectural projects, participating in interior design and public space design proposals. Key Highlights: 1. The **Junior Project Draftsperson** will be responsible for supporting the projects team in developing and graphically representing architectural and construction detail drawings. They will participate in preparing interior design and public space design proposals. **Main Responsibilities:** * Contribute to the **conceptual and graphic development** of ongoing projects. * Prepare and update **architectural, construction, and detail drawings** in AutoCAD. * Support the **creation of 3D models, perspectives, and presentation boards** for architectural and urban projects. * Collaborate in the **representation of interior design and public space proposals**, integrating aesthetic and functional criteria. * Support the **review of architectural drawings and field surveys** on-site. * Use **basic Adobe software (Illustrator, Photoshop)** for project presentations. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Architecture or Architectural Design (degree holder or intern). * **Experience:** 1–2 years in a similar role (professional internships or academic experience are valued). * **Software Proficiency:** * AutoCAD (mandatory) * SketchUp (mandatory) * Revit (basic to intermediate) * Adobe Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop (basic level) * Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * **Desirable:** Basic knowledge of rendering software (Lumion, V-Ray, D5 Render or similar). * **Skills:** Attention to detail, organization, teamwork, and visual communication. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Individual with a **passion for architectural, interior, and urban design**. * Creative, proactive, and eager to learn. * Ability to follow technical guidelines and maintain graphical quality standards across projects. * Interest in the **comprehensive development of architectural projects**, from conceptual to construction documentation stages. **We Offer:** * Growth opportunity within the projects area. * Participation in **architectural and construction projects of various scales**. * Collaborative environment with a focus on professional development. * Training in tools and construction processes.
