Excellent communication skills and goal-oriented mindset. **RECRUITER** Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection. * Proficiency in various recruitment sources (job boards, social media, headhunting, referrals, etc.). * Experience in operational, administrative and/or commercial recruitment. * Excellent direct communication and practical interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational abilities. * Goal-oriented mindset. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Posting and promoting job vacancies. * Proactive talent search and attraction. * Resume screening and conducting initial and in-depth interviews. * Administering assessments and validating references. * Compiling candidate files. * Candidate follow-up through to hiring. * Tracking and reporting recruitment metrics. * Coordination with department leaders. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly salary of **$18,000 to $24,000 MXN**, depending on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Excellent work environment. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs., and Saturdays, 09:00–14:00 hrs.
