Must hold a degree and professional license. Minimum 5 years of experience in this position. Experience with the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, ISN. Grocery vouchers. **Responsibilities:** * **Payroll:** Accurate payroll calculation, incorporating earnings, deductions, incidents, and benefits. Personnel file management in accordance with the Federal Labor Law and IMSS guidelines. * **Social Security:** Supervise affiliation activities (registrations, cancellations, salary adjustments) and ensure correct payment of employer–employee contributions. * **REPSE:** Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law provisions applicable to companies registered in the Registry of Specialized Service Providers or Specialized Construction Works (REPSE), submitting required reports to the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS). * **Legal Updates:** Stay current on labor and social security regulations, implementing changes promptly. Integration and management of personnel files. * **Recruitment and Selection:** End-to-end management of operational and administrative vacancies.
