The candidate will be responsible for supporting the fulfillment of operational and administrative vacancies, ensuring timely follow-up throughout the selection processes. Main Responsibilities: * Posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms. * Proactive candidate sourcing (basic headhunting). * Resume review and preliminary screening. * Initial telephone and virtual interviews. * Coordination of interviews with clients or department leaders. * Timely candidate follow-up throughout the recruitment process. * Database integration and updates. * Preparation of recruitment reports. * File control and archiving. * Administrative support for the department. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (currently completing studies or graduated). * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience (internships or social service may count). * Basic proficiency with job boards and Microsoft Office suite. * Excellent communication and organizational skills.
