




Job Summary: Support the execution and oversight of HR activities, ensuring proper personnel administration, recruitment, basic training, and compliance with labor obligations. Contribution to a positive work environment and corporate growth. **Job Objective** Support the execution and oversight of Human Resources activities at *El Tsunami de Miguel*, located at *La Nueva Viga, Central de Abastos*, ensuring proper personnel administration, recruitment support, basic training, and compliance with labor obligations, thereby contributing to a positive work environment and company growth. **Functions and Responsibilities: Personnel Administration** * Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications with IMSS and other authorities. * Compile, update, and safeguard personnel files. * Support drafting and managing employment contracts. * Record payroll incidents, attendance, leaves, and vacations. * Maintain databases and administrative controls for the department. **Recruitment and Selection** * Post job openings on employment portals and social media. * Screen resumes and schedule interviews. * Assist in initial interviews and administer basic assessments. * Track candidates throughout the selection process. **Training and Onboarding** * Support onboarding of new hires. * Coordinate logistics for internal training sessions. * Record attendance and evidence of courses and trainings. **Labor Relations and Compliance** * Support implementation of the internal regulations and labor policies. * Channel labor-related incidents to the department head. * Support compliance with the Federal Labor Law and employer obligations. **Organizational Climate** * Support labor climate surveys. * Collaborate in team-building, motivation, and recognition activities. * Track internal improvement initiatives. **Reporting and Administrative Support** * Prepare basic Human Resources department reports. * Support monitoring of departmental KPIs. * Provide general administrative support to the department. **Job Requirements: Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (completed or in progress). **Experience** * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or Human Resources roles (preferred). **Technical Knowledge** * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. * Basic understanding of payroll and HR processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * ERP ODOO experience preferred. **Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Service-oriented attitude. * Handling of confidential information. * Proactivity and willingness to learn. **Employment Type:** Full-time **Benefits** * Salary increases * Employee discounts * Option for indefinite-term contract Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Employee discounts * Option for indefinite-term contract * Medical expense insurance Work Location: On-site employment
