Negotiation skills and sense of urgency RH CONECTA is looking for an HR GENERALIST to work at a company serving the manufacturing industry, with over 80 employees located in Ciudad Juárez; the work location is near Las Torres. * Completed degree in fields related to the position * 5 years of experience as an HR generalist * Recruitment and selection (administrative, operational, and/or technical profiles) * Hiring and onboarding processes * Personnel file administration and document control * Management of employee registrations, terminations, and transfers with the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) * Payroll calculations and severance/termination settlements in accordance with the Federal Labor Law * Organizational development (performance evaluations, workplace climate) * Training and follow-up on development plans * Employee support and conflict resolution * Enforcement of internal regulations and disciplinary measures * Coordination of internal events and organizational culture * Compliance with labor regulations and internal audits * Knowledge of current labor legislation * Payroll and incident tracking, preparation, and follow-up * Labor relations * HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, workplace climate, etc.) * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency * NOM-STPS (occupational safety and health) We seek a candidate with a service-oriented attitude and leadership qualities, possessing negotiation skills and the ability to handle job responsibilities with a sense of urgency.
