Coordination with the marketing department regarding invoicing and payments **Job Objective** Provide support to the accounting and administrative departments to ensure that the company’s financial information is reliable, timely, and compliant with current regulations, while also collaborating with the marketing department on matters related to customers, payments, and daily operations. **Skills and Competencies** * Administrative organization and discipline. * Attention to detail and quality orientation. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Effective communication with customers and internal departments. * Commitment, professional ethics, and willingness to learn. **Main Responsibilities** * Support in recording and controlling accounting and administrative operations across various business units or legal entities. * Monitoring of bank transactions, reconciliations, and account reviews. * Preparation of income, expense, and journal entries, as well as supporting documentation control. * Review of documentation and management of physical and digital files. * Collaboration in monthly and annual accounting closing processes and generation of internal reports. * Coordination with the marketing department on invoicing, customer payments, and information validation. * Support in compiling and preparing information for tax filings and financial reports. * Collaboration in internal or external audits, as well as in improving administrative and financial processes. * Contribute to maintaining effective communication among accounting, management, and operational departments. **Requirements** * Age: 28 to 45 years * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (student completing studies or graduate). * Minimum experience: 4 years in general accounting, reconciliations, and closings. * Experience managing accounting for multiple companies or business units simultaneously. * Knowledge of accounting and tax regulations (NIF, LISR, etc.). * Proficiency in accounting ERP systems and intermediate-to-advanced Excel. * Profile oriented toward detail, analytical capability, organization, and proactivity. **We Offer** * Weekly salary payment * Statutory benefits * Meal vouchers * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Employment type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Application question(s): * Are you available for a video call/phone call between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm OR between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm?
