Work Mode: On-site Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. / Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Salary: $12,000 monthly + commissions on sales generated through digital campaigns At Extra IoT, we are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-oriented Community Manager to help us position our brand in the technology sector and generate business opportunities through effective digital campaigns. Extra IoT specializes in IoT technology integration that enables connection of smart devices to optimize operational management in homes, offices, and healthcare facilities. Responsibilities: Plan and execute the monthly content calendar. Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or others as per strategy). Create engaging and educational content about technological solutions. Design and manage digital advertising campaigns. Generate leads and directly contribute to sales conversion. Monitor metrics and present performance reports. Respond to messages and strengthen the digital community. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Community Manager. Experience managing paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar). Knowledge of digital metrics and lead generation. Persuasive writing skills and commercial orientation. Desirable interest in or knowledge of technology. We Offer: Base salary of $12,000 monthly.
