Educational Institution Seeks: Community Manager We seek to integrate into our team a digital communications professional who will contribute to strengthening our social media presence and strategically communicating our academic offerings and institutional values. Main Responsibilities: * Create engaging, up-to-date content aligned with the institution’s identity and values. * Manage and administer social media platforms: Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. * Propose and develop innovative ideas that generate impact and engagement. * Monitor trends, metrics, and content performance for continuous improvement. * Engage with the digital community by promptly and professionally responding to messages and comments. * Coordinate with design and sales departments to plan and execute institutional campaigns aimed at increasing enrollment. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field. * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Creativity, proactivity, and sensitivity in communicating within the education sector. * Experience in planning and managing content calendars on Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. * Basic knowledge of design and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar.
