Ensure absolute control of payroll processes in demanding environments We are currently searching for a senior-level professional to lead the payroll function in a high-volume operation, with direct impact on tax compliance, operational stability, and proper management of human capital. This position requires an individual with **technical acumen, strong leadership, and a results-oriented mindset**, capable of ensuring absolute control over payroll processes in demanding environments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise the company’s weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing. * Review stamped pay slips, Federal Labor Law (LFT) compliance, and applicable deductions. * Analyze and manage additional withholdings such as FONACOT and INFONAVIT, alimony, etc. * Reconcile payroll records with accounting records. * Ensure strict order and control over accurate calculation and withholding of taxes, validating IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT payments for group companies. * Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly and effectively. * Ensure correct salary registration with IMSS, including determination of occupational risk premium with IMSS. * Update and implement tax and social security reforms related to payroll and social welfare. **Ideal Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (professional license preferred) * Proven experience leading high-volume payroll operations Technical expertise in: * Federal Labor Law (LFT) * Income Tax (ISR), IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT * REPSE * Government platforms (SAT, IMSS, etc.) * Advanced Excel * Handling government portal procedures * Knowledge of salary scales **Offer** * Competitive compensation aligned with experience * Statutory benefits * A key position with direct impact on operations * Operations **Location** Cuernavaca, Morelos **Working Hours** Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM **This role is for you if:** * You leave no payroll process unresolved and tolerate no payroll errors * You work effectively under pressure without losing control * You make decisions and resolve issues independently, without relying on third parties * You possess the ability to lead with structure, discipline, and rigor ### ***We seek someone with the judgment, character, and precision to ensure payroll reliability—even under high-pressure scenarios.***
