





**SUPPORT FOR ENGLISH COORDINATION REQUIREMENTS:** * CAE or Proficiency certification (desirable) * TKT certification (3 modules) * Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Education, English Languages or related field * Advanced level of English (C1) verifiable **EXPERIENCE:** * **2 years of teaching experience as an English teacher in the classroom** (preferably at secondary level) * Experience in academic or administrative support within an English department (desirable) **SKILLS:** * Proactivity * Assertive communication * Organization and planning * Collaborative work * Proficiency with digital tools and ICT **RESPONSIBILITIES (SPECIFIC TO ENGLISH COORDINATION SUPPORT) Academic** * Assist in the development and updating of English lesson plans aligned with expected learning outcomes. * Collaborate in the design and preparation of activities related to phonetics, phonology, grammar, semantics, and oral and written comprehension. * Review and organize English teaching materials. * Collect information for curricular adaptations for students with learning barriers. **Administrative** * Monitor timely submission of lesson plans, evidence, and evaluations. * Maintain organized files, records, lists, forms, and department databases. * Assist with logistics for department meetings, training sessions, and workshops. **Communication and Liaison** * Serve as a liaison between the English coordinator and English teachers. * Gather progress reports, incidents, and academic reports to forward to the coordinator. * Disseminate announcements, guidelines, and agreements to teachers. **Educational Technologies** * Assist in the use of learning platforms, digital tools, and ICT resources. * Update databases, documents, and records in digital formats.
