Canal de Miramontes 2960, Coapa, Parque Alameda del Sur, Coyoacán, 04920, Ciudad de México, CDMX. **Work Location:** Field (construction site) **Position Objective** Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the proper execution of construction processes on site, guaranteeing compliance with schedules, quality standards, and project specifications. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise construction activities on site according to drawings, specifications, and current regulations. * Prepare work progress reports for completed tasks. * Request materials and manage payments to contractors. * Schedule activities and coordinate daily work execution. * Verify the construction schedule against actual progress. * Maintain attendance records for on-site personnel. * Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with architectural and structural designs. * Resolve doubts, technical clarifications, and unexpected situations on site. * Maintain constant communication with supervisors, suppliers, and contractors. **Required Skills** * Intermediate **AutoCAD** proficiency. * Proficiency in **Office (Excel and Word)**. * Basic **SketchUp** skills. * Basic **Neodata** knowledge. * Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and installation drawings. * Construction site management and construction process control. **Desired Experience** * 1 to 3 years of experience as a resident engineer, assistant resident, or construction supervisor. **Competencies** * Organization and document control. * Leadership and personnel management. * Effective communication. * Problem-solving. * Working under pressure. * Decision-making capability on site.
